Amplification Marketing For Online Business
3 01 2008Probably one of the very best uses for a blog is to “amplify” information that is already available.
What do I mean by that?
Check out my post on the Amplification Marketing blog:
http://amplificationmarketing.com/news/marketing/the-value-of-information-products/
What that post doesn’t tell you is this…
You can take just about any well developed information product and expand upon it or “amplify” the information provided in that product on a blog with personal experiences, observations, along with additional information and resources.
You could do an indepth product review and compare one information product to others covering the same topic area.
You could talk about news articles, other blog posts and forum discussions that you have found related to the topic or product.
My point is that a blog can give you much more flexibility than just a static web page and help “fill in the gaps” that people may have — in just about any market or field of interest.
Not to mention the fact that it can be much easier to “connect” with visitors on a blog than on a static web page.
I will be talking more about amplification marketing as I move along in my own blogging adventures.
